The Senior Technician provides technical guidance, consultation, and training to technicians and engineering staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to design standards. This role may coordinate and oversee assigned technicians, supporting both conceptual and detailed design activities to deliver efficient, accurate, and mission aligned civil solutions.
